If you can't, or prefer not to take a Trophy Research survey – but still want to be entered in the survey's prize drawings please send a postcard to Trophy Research, 4860 So. Lewis, Tulsa, OK 74105. Ask to be registered for survey prizes and indicate the specific survey ID found in the email that was sent to you. Please include your email address for the purpose of prize notification.
Prize winners are notified by e-mail within 10 working days after a survey ends. Prize winners must respond to the notification e-mail with an address or shipping information. Winners who do not respond within three days of final email notification will forfeit their eligibility.
